The HT 45 S 140 is a water cooled synchronous motorspindle. It combines power with high speed. The two ball bearings give high stiffness.
All spindle parts are hardened and grinded. All connection parts like labyrinth and nuts do have grinded threads for best accuracy and stability. In case of maintenance all parts can be disassembled and reused. High axial runout with less 1µm is standard. The collet system MEGA-4S is standard.
The optimized IBAG converter guarantees a trouble-free application. The motorspindle can be controlled either manual or by the CNC of the machine.
