The asynchronous motorspindle HF 45.10 S 60 does not need any watercooling. It reaches power of S1: 500W. With sufficient cooling via the spindleholder (maximum external housing temperature 60°C) power up to S1: 750W is possible.
The spindle is standard built with an ER11 collet system, which allows to clamp shaft diametres up to 7mm. The 230V-motorspindle is also available with a low-voltage motor (HF 45. 11 S 35) with reduced speed and power. For series production with changing tools you can choose the motorspindle with ATC system P9 (HF 45 A 60). For high quality processes we recommend the MEGA-6S collet system. Accuracy 1µm in the cone / 3µm at 4xD
