The motorspindle HF 33 A 60 with asynchronous motor and direct clamping system P6 up to 50kg tool holding force realizes a small motorspindle with automatic tool change (ATC). The robust construction with 4 ballbearings guarantee high accuracy and long spindle lifetime. Hosuing, ball bearing seats and all rotating parts are hardened and grinded. They are balanced less G1 at maximum speed. The motorspindle is available either with pneumatic oder hydraulic tool change.
The motorspindle is used in dental and medical industry as well as in micronical and electronical industry. It is either used for Cutting, Micro-Drilling and Engraving, in tool and mold making or in production of optical and micronical parts.
The optimized IBAG converter guarantees a trouble-free application. The motorspindle can be controlled either manual or by the CNC of the machine.
